FITNESS PROGRAMS FOR TEENS AND ADULTS

Get fit for Summer!  Enrol into one of our programs to have your mind and body reach its’ full potential.

 

TEEN FITNESS

Age Group: 13+ years old

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Class Requirements: Independent class – drop off without parent participation

 

ADULT FITNESS

Age Group: 18+ years old

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Class Requirements: Independent class

Uniform: A uniform is not required for our Adult Fitness program.  We strongly recommend sport clothing as well as bringing along a small towel and drink bottle

 

WOMENS FITNESS

Age Group: 18+ years old

Class Duration: 45 minutes

Class Requirements: Independent class for women only

Uniform: A uniform is not required for our Women’s’ Fitness program.  We strongly recommend sport clothing as well as bringing along a small towel and drink bottle

 

PILATES

Age Group: 16+ years old

Class Duration: 35 minutes

Uniform: A uniform is not required for our Pilates program.  We strongly recommend sport clothing as well as bringing along a small towel and drink bottle.  Mats will be provided however if you are welcome to bring along your own.
