TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Bookings and Use of Our Facility
- Bookings are only secure once a $100.00 non-refundable deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to your nominated address.
This will not be refundable if there is a cancellation OR a reschedule after deposit has been made.
- Use of each party space is up to the discretion of LCGC and will be allocated accordingly prior to your party.
- Party use of LCGC in not hired exclusively in its entirety
- Ratio for parties are 1 coach to 15 children, with all children 4 years and under to have parent supervision at all times.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling of parties
- As we can only book one party per time slot, if a cancellation/rescheduling is required your non-refundable deposit of $100 will be forfeited regardless of when you provide us with notice.
- In the event your party needs to be rescheduled LCGC will endeavour to allocate a new time and date. However, this is strictly based on availability.
- Rescheduling of party must take place within one month of original booking or first available weekend/timeslot thereafter.
Change of Mind/Unavailability
- If a cancellation/rescheduling is 48 hours or more from scheduled party, your non-refundable deposit of $100 will be forfeited.
- If a cancellation/rescheduling is 48 hours or less from scheduled party, without a medical certificate, then full amount paid is forfeited.
Medical Reason
- As we can only book one party per time slot, if a cancellation/rescheduling is required and a medical certificate is provided your non-refundable deposit of $100 will be forfeited regardless of when you provide us with notice.
- If a medical certificate (such as but not limited to flu, injury, food poisoning etc) is provided, the only option available is to reschedule the party.
- No refunds will be provided.
- Rescheduling of party must take place within one month of original booking or first available weekend/timeslot thereafter.
