TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Bookings and Use of Our Facility
- Bookings are only secure once a $100.00 non-refundable deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to your nominated address.
- Use of each party space is up to the discretion of LCGC and will be allocated accordingly prior to your party.
- Ratio for parties are 1 coach to 15 children, with all children 4 years and under to have parent supervision at all times.
- Adults are not permitted to use any of the gymnastics or ninja equipment.
- Any party that goes over the two-hour party time slot will be charged $250.00* as the party hosts will need to stay back and get paid for any over time.
- All your rubbish must be taken away with you. If you would like us to dispose of your rubbish a $15 rubbish removal fee will be charged.
- Any child that enters the gym floor at the time of the party, is counted as a guest and will be charged (unless they are going to the bathroom)
- Booking a party does not mean hiring LCGC exclusively. We can run multiple parties at once – our gym facility is very large, each party will be kept separate in the gym and will be designated their own party room.
- Parents are welcome to come onto the gym floor to observe, and the same applies to siblings attending the party. However, siblings not included in the official party count may not use the equipment due to insurance and safety policies.
- If any siblings would like to participate on the day, they can be added for $18 per child in addition to the original count already included. Please let us know in advance if you plan to add any children.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling of parties
- If a cancellation/rescheduling is required your non-refundable deposit of $100 will be forfeited regardless of when you provide us with notice.
- In the event your party needs to be rescheduled LCGC will endeavor to allocate a new time and date. However, this is strictly based on availability.
- Rescheduling of party must take place within one month of original booking or first available weekend/timeslot thereafter.
Medical Reason
- If a medical certificate (such as but not limited to flu, injury, food poisoning etc.) is provided, the only option available is to reschedule the party.
